How to embed Twitter timelines on your website | Twitter Developers
With one line of HTML you can deliver any account’s Tweets, favorites, a list, search query or #hashtag directly to your website. Embedded timelines are interactive, enabling visitors to reply, retweet and favorite Tweets, follow your accounts, and Tweet directly to you all without leaving the page. The auto-expand photos option brings the photo front and center in the timeline, and you can expand Tweets just like you would on twitter.com to see cards, and retweet and favorites counts. These new tools are built specifically for the web: they load fast, scale with your traffic as your audience grows, update in real-time, and work great in modern, legacy, and mobile browsers.
Create your own embedded timeline right now using the new timeline settings page on twitter.com, or read more about how embedded timelines work on your website in the developer documentation and ask questions in our forum for embedded timelines.

Traditional Strategy Is Dead. Welcome to the #SocialEra - Nilofer Merchant - Harvard Business Review
Today, too many organizations that think their status as an "800-pound gorilla" gives them an edge are struggling to survive, let alone thrive. They underestimate social to their great detriment. They see it as the purview of two functions: marketing and service. It's either "Like us on Facebook!" or "We're so sorry you're having a problem." While a few have figured out that they can use social to listen to the market — sort of like putting a stethoscope to the market heartbeat — they have yet to figure out there is more to this Social thing.

Without a Strategy, There Is No ROI - Brian Solis
In everything marketers do, we stress clear objectives and measureable goals. Yet in social media, it sometimes all seems lost. What you do in social media, traditional media, or any media HAS to add up to some bigger and greater business goals. If you are not clearly defining, chasing, or building towards those goals, then why are you doing it?
